Refund Policy

A fair refund policy.

We never want our customers to feel that we are trying to rip them off in any way, so our refund policy is simple: If you're ever unhappy with Focus 5, for any reason, just drop us an email at and we'll make every reasonable effort to take care of you.

Examples of full refunds we’d grant.

  • It is your responsibility add/delete users and maintain your subscription. We do our best to keep you notified of what is happening with your account. As a result, if you forgot to cancel Focus 5 more than a month ago, you haven’t used Focus 5 in the last 30 days, we’ll refund the most recent month’s charge.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant.

  • If you upgraded your account more than a month ago to a higher plan, but you didn’t end up using the extra seats, although you did keep using Focus 5 in general, we’d consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
  • If you tried Focus 5 for more than a month, and you just weren’t happy with it, and paid for a full year’s service, we will refund your remaining months
  • If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’d issue a partial credit to your account.
